Compete in our second annual, national Chopped-style floral design competition!

After last year's great success, Battle of the Blooms is BACK! The competition will once again take place during Customer Appreciation Week at your local branch, where up to five customers will be selected at each branch to compete against each other in this Chopped-style design competition!

The contest will remain mostly the same as last year, with ONE BIG CHANGE: no traditional vases or compotes can be used! That's right, this year is all about thinking outside the box and using alternative vessels or materials to create your design, so make sure you're up for the challenge when applying to compete!

The local winner will be selected by customers who come into the branch Wednesday, January 17th through Friday, January 19th with the local winner announced on Monday, January 22nd. Each local winning designer will receive $250 in free Mayesh flowers & a swag bag!

All local winners will move on to compete nationally with online voting to select one Grand Prize Winner who will receive TWO (2) SOUTHWEST ROUNDTRIP TICKETS to any of their destinations whenever (must book by December 31, 2024), plus a $1000 Mayesh Pull.*

Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Contest cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
